When you are one year away from building your dream home:

Heritage Log Homes, Inc. offers a free estimate based on an existing floor plan or one we help you design. A deposit of 10% of the price upon acceptance of your order will get you preliminary drawings, which we review with you to ensure you are getting the home you've dreamed of. 40% will be due 45 days before delivery and the balance plus freight and sales tax is due upon delivery. Delivery must occur within 12 months of contract. Once your drawings are complete, Cabin Fever Log Homes, who have been specifically trained to build Heritage Log Homes, will help you to build the home for you and your family. You will be able to get involved in as little or as much of the construction as you want. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in coordinating your home from beginning to completion. A time line letter will be provided with your contract to ensure that all necessary steps are accomplished.

When you are two years away from building your dream house:

Heritage Log Homes, Inc. offers a Lay-Away Plan. This allows you to hold the price on a complete Dry-In Package for up to two (2) years. The following is an example of a lay-away on a standard Fontana floor pla.

Example: The package price is $54,700. 20% of the Package price is $10,940. Make a $1,000 deposit. The balance of $9,940 divided by 23 is $432 per month. A notation is made on the contract that drawings are not to commence until we have sent in a revised sketch of the actual home you want to build. A change order will be issued reflecting the changes made and re-estimated at the original contract date. The project moves into above outlined schedule.
